Kratos was once a respected general in the Spartan army. His ruthless tactics and unmatched combat skills made him feared across Greece.

Servant of Aries

After nearly dying in battle, Kratos pledged himself to Aries, the God of War, gaining immense power but becoming a pawn in divine schemes.

God of War

After defeating Aries, Kratos ascended to become the new God of War, but his reign was marked by conflict with the other Olympians.

Olympian Gods

Aries

Location: Athens

Weapon: Blade of the Gods

Kratos' former patron and the original God of War. Defeated when Kratos used Pandora's Box to grow to god-like size.

Athena

Location: Mount Olympus

Weapon: Blade of Olympus

Goddess of Wisdom who helped Kratos but ultimately stood in his way. Kratos impaled himself with the Blade of Olympus to release Hope, killing Athena in the process.

Zeus

Location: Mount Olympus

Weapon: Blade of Olympus

The King of the Gods and Kratos' father. After a prolonged battle, Kratos used the power of Hope to defeat Zeus, beating him to death with his bare hands.

Hades

Location: Underworld

Weapon: Claws of Hades

God of the Underworld. Kratos ripped out Hades' soul using his own weapon, the Claws of Hades, killing him and causing the Underworld to collapse.

Poseidon

Location: Aegean Sea

Weapon: Blades of Exile

God of the Sea. Kratos brutally beat Poseidon to death, gouging out his eyes before snapping his neck, causing massive floods across Greece.

Hermes

Location: Mount Olympus

Weapon: Blades of Athena

Messenger God. After a lengthy chase, Kratos cut off Hermes' legs, leaving him to bleed out, gaining the Boots of Hermes in the process.

Baldur

Location: Jötunheim

Weapon: Leviathan Axe

The Norse God of Light, invulnerable to all threats except mistletoe. After a prolonged battle across realms, Kratos broke Baldur's neck to protect Freya.

Magni & Modi

Location: Thamur's Corpse

Weapon: Leviathan Axe & Blades of Chaos

Sons of Thor. Kratos killed Modi by smashing his face into Thamur's chisel. Magni was impaled by Kratos with his own sword after Atreus shocked him with lightning.

Heimdall

Location: Asgard

Weapon: Draupnir Spear

The all-seeing watchman of Asgard. After an intense battle where Kratos outsmarted Heimdall's precognition, he stabbed Heimdall through the neck with the Draupnir Spear.

Chained blades forged in the depths of Hades, gifted by Aries. Kratos' primary weapons in Greece.

Leviathan Axe

Magical frost axe created by the dwarves Brok and Sindri as a counterpart to Thor's hammer.
